Siddartha by Herman Hesse

Siddartha by Herman Hesse

For years, this was my ‘reset’ book. If ever I needed to return to what was important in life, to the ground, I’d read Siddhartha and always get something new. The key idea (for me) is around authority.

Two friends, both seekers, need to make a decision when Buddha/Gautama comes to town. What unfolds is beautifully written, and takes you on a journey into yourself.
